The Telephonic Account Executive role at LexisNexis involves driving new business sales and developing key relationships within specific industry sectors and compliance departments. Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new business sales through a high volume of cold calling and follow-up in assigned territory.
  • Learning, understanding, and demonstrating our world-class products to prospects.
  • Achieving or exceeding consistent monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and sales KPIs.

Requirements

  • Excellent lead generation or inside sales experience.
  • Experience with heavy cold calling volume (50-100 outbound calls per day).
  • Strong listening skills and quick thinking ability.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow defined processes.
  • Solid time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and CRM.
