The New Centers Project Manager at Action Behavior Centers is responsible for overseeing the construction and opening of new centers across Texas, including cities like Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the required scope and budget. Responsibilities

• Manage communication with team and leadership around project timeline
• Meet with contractors to discuss scope
• Schedule contractors to ensure work is done in an appropriate time frame
• Order basic center needs and stock first inventory
• Coordinate with Office Manager with regard to opening
• Answer inbound phone calls from contractors and vendors
• Work with other departments to assist with Ad Hoc projects

Requirements

• 3-5 years of construction project management experience preferred
• Naturally intuitive with tools and not afraid to get your hands dirty
• Highly detail-oriented, perceptive, and adaptable
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to execute at a high level with minimal supervision
• Interpersonally smart and operates with a high degree of professionalism
