About the position

The Implementation Manager for New College Graduates (NCG) at Eltropy is responsible for onboarding new customers and ensuring a seamless integration of AI solutions into financial services. This role focuses on project management, technical problem-solving, and customer experience to facilitate the implementation of Eltropy's platform and AI agents, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer implementation projects for Eltropy's platform and AI integrations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple concurrent customer implementations.
  • Develop and utilize onboarding automation system templates and documentation.
  • Generate project plans, meeting agendas, and custom documentation.
  • Create and configure SaaS instances for customers.
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues in collaboration with technical experts.
  • Measure and track the number, duration, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) of completed implementations.
  • Educate customers on use cases and Eltropy products through training sessions and webinars.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally to enhance user experience during implementation.
  • Demo integrations and features to customers and test all releases.

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills and experience in customer onboarding.
  • Fundamental knowledge of SaaS applications and IT networking basics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in financial services SaaS and IT is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS configuration and user training.
  • Knowledge of DNS administration.
