About the position
The New Construction Detailer will be responsible for detailing new construction homes and performing various general construction tasks. This role focuses on completing punch lists provided by the superintendent, ensuring homes are ready for buyers through minor repairs and adjustments.
Responsibilities
- Detail new construction homes to prepare them for home buyers.
- Complete punch lists provided by the superintendent.
- Perform small drywall repairs and touch-up painting.
- Adjust cabinet doors and main/closet doors as needed.
- Caulk and fix floor squeaks.
Requirements
- Experience in detailing new construction or remodeling.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner.
