About the position

The New England Outside Sales Territory Manager is a remote position focused on managing and increasing sales and market share for ASGCO's conveyor and screening components in the New England area. The role requires strong technical support and customer relationship management skills, with an emphasis on providing solutions to customers in various industrial markets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the mechanics of conveyors and a background in industrial sales.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and increasing sales and market share with customers in the New England area.
  • Maintain and build relationships with customers by solving problems and creating value for our customers.
  • Educate and train all our distributors/customers on the features and benefits of ASGCO products and services.
  • Ensure technical service requirements for the customers are met.
  • Generate new business with new or existing customers.
  • Create materials for and conduct sales presentations to customers.
  • Assist with on-site troubleshooting of customers' concerns.

Requirements

  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, organized, detailed and focused
  • Computer skills including spreadsheet applications and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Conveyor manufacturing industry sales experience is a MUST
  • Reside within 50 miles of the New England area, preferred
