About the position
Beebe Healthcare is looking for a passionate and dedicated Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) who is nearing graduation. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of experienced nursing staff.
- Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Requirements
- Must be a recent graduate or nearing graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid nursing license or eligibility to obtain one in the state of practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous clinical experience through internships or externships.
- BLS certification or willingness to obtain prior to starting.
- Interest in specialty areas such as pediatrics, geriatrics, or critical care.
