This program aims to facilitate your transition from student nurse to registered nurse through a structured series of learning experiences, including advanced clinical training, monthly educational sessions, preceptorship training, and hands-on simulations. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively on evidence-based practice projects, ensuring you are well-prepared for your nursing career. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with departmental requirements and nursing standards. You will assess patient conditions, perform medical procedures, administer medications, and provide education to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patient responses to treatments and advocating for patients to ensure an unparalleled care experience.
