Menorah Medical Center is seeking a New Graduate Nurse to join our dynamic Orthopedic and Neuro unit. This specialized unit focuses on a diverse patient population, including those undergoing hip and knee replacements, multiple revisions, amputation surgeries, and shoulder replacements. The neurosurgery patients are typically more critically stable and may require complex procedures such as spine surgeries, craniotomies, deep brain stimulators, and pain management interventions. As a new graduate nurse, you will be supported by a team of Clinical Program Coordinators, Unit Director, Manager, and Educator, all dedicated to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for your professional growth. The HCA Healthcare Nurse Residency Program is a year-long initiative designed to provide you with hands-on experience and help you develop essential clinical and critical thinking skills. As a Resident I Graduate Nurse, you will be part of a nurturing community that includes nurse educators, experienced nurses, and fellow residents. This program aims to facilitate your transition from student nurse to registered nurse through a structured series of learning experiences, including advanced clinical training, monthly educational sessions, preceptorship training, and hands-on simulations.
