About The Position

The New Home Counselor position at Beazer Homes is a pivotal role responsible for all new home sales activities while ensuring an extraordinary customer experience. This position requires a proactive approach to selling and closing newly built homes, working closely with buyers and their realtors. The New Home Counselor will maintain model homes and communities to the highest standards, ensuring that they meet or exceed customer service goals and sales performance metrics. This role also involves generating leads from various sources and creating and maintaining positive relationships with realtors. In addition to sales responsibilities, the New Home Counselor will coordinate customer meetings with other departments as part of the homebuying journey. Regular visits to competitor communities are essential to understand the local market landscape, gather data, and conduct Competitive Market Analyses to maximize sales success. The position demands a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work in a commission-based sales environment, meeting monthly goals while providing exceptional service to clients. The role also requires the ability to effectively communicate information about Beazer Homes communities, products, promotions, purchase agreements, and processes, both in writing and face-to-face. The New Home Counselor must be adaptable, willing to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities as needed, and be prepared for a dynamic work environment that may change at any time.
