The Home Designer/Selections Coordinator/Kitchen & Bath Designer role at Truealty Homes involves consulting with customers on their design selections, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that all selections are accurately reflected in contracts. Responsibilities

• Consult Customer on selections for exterior and interior design.
• Design cabinetry, vanity, pantry, kitchens, and bathrooms.
• Manage and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the right product is purchased.
• Manage systems to reflect the selections in the contract.
• Provide excellent customer service until house delivery.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in home design.
• 2 years of experience with 2020 software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse customers.
• Ability to prioritize customer needs and provide exceptional service.
• Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check and drug screen test.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to speak both English and Spanish is a plus!
• Experience with home design software like Chief Architect.
