About the position

The New Home Sales Associate at OPUS HOMES is responsible for guiding potential homebuyers through the process of purchasing new homes. This role involves conducting sales presentations, providing detailed information about homes, assisting buyers in selecting options, and negotiating sales contracts. The associate will also coordinate with construction teams and maintain accurate sales records while staying informed about market trends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales presentations and tours of new homes to potential buyers
• Provide information about the features, benefits, and pricing of the homes
• Assist buyers in selecting the right home and upgrades to meet their needs
• Negotiate and close sales contracts with buyers
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure timely completion of homes
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
• Follow up with prospective buyers to answer questions and address concerns
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
• Excellent sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Knowledge of property management and fair housing regulations
• Administrative skills to handle paperwork and contracts
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing
• High school diploma or GED
