About the position

As a Sales Counselor in the St. Louis Division of Fischer Homes, you will assist home buyers in selecting and purchasing their dream homes from a variety of master-crafted floor plans. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the new home building process by effectively prospecting, educating clients, and managing their expectations. You will engage in direct sales activities, guiding customers from initial contact to contract signing, while also achieving sales goals and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a proactive prospecting, follow-up, and marketing plan.
  • Lead the customer through the sales process from initial contact to contract by understanding and selling to their needs.
  • Set proper expectations and manage customers' process and paperwork from initial contract through closing, including all financial documentation, designs, and construction meetings.
  • Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Financially qualify prospects and consult with lending institutions to complete the sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Psychology.
  • Strong persuasive communication skills to obtain buy-in from customers.
  • Ability to navigate change, pressure, and shifting priorities effectively.
  • Desire to connect and build valuable relationships with new individuals frequently.
