About the position

Please note that you will be required to work in any of our communities in the suburbs West of Charlotte, NC. We are currently hiring for the following communities: River Heighs - Lowell NC, Davis Hills - Dallas NC, Mooreland Hills - Mt. Holly, NC, Aubreywood - Charlotte, NC, and Penley Place - Clover, SC. Average annual sales income is $150,000-$300,000+. In this role, you will sell new, high-quality homes in beautiful communities throughout your territory, while working with and learning from an industry-leading sales team. Responsibilities
- Sell new, high-quality homes in beautiful communities throughout your territory.
- Work with and learn from an industry-leading sales team.
- Participate in the WORLD-CLASS new home sales CORE Training Program.
- Utilize tools and lead generation systems provided by True Homes to ensure success.
Requirements
- Active state Real Estate License or enrolled in state Real Estate licensing course required.
- 1 or more years of quota bearing commission-based sales experience required.
- 1 or more years of B2B or B2C sales experience required.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to work weekends on a regular basis required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a team-centered environment required.
- High School diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Formal sales training preferred.
- B2B sales experience preferred.
- Broker and leadership experience preferred.
