• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and builders to ensure ongoing business opportunities and referrals.
• Skillfully negotiate on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms and facilitate smooth closing processes.

Requirements

• A valid Utah Real Estate License is required or willingness to obtain one.
• Sales experience of at least 1 year is preferred.
