About the position
Grand Oak Homes is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified in-house Sales Representative to promote and sell their Build on Your Lot program. This role involves assisting clients in building their dream homes by selecting and customizing from a portfolio of award-winning designs. The Sales Representative will coordinate the home buying process, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer goals and challenges in the homebuying process
- Provide excellent customer service
- Meet or exceed monthly sales/settlement quota
- Understand and utilize all sales forms, reports, procedures, contracts and policies
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the homebuying process
- Establish Realtor relations through marketing, frequent office visits, phone and e-mail follow-up
- Foster referral business
- Attend or host events
- Display a thorough knowledge of the company's plan portfolio
- Assist customers with selection of home site, house plan, and structural options
- Participate in weekly sales meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Realtor in North Carolina
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable form of transportation
- Prior experience in new home sales (2+ years preferred)
- CRM software experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong closing skills
