About The Position

The New Home Specialist at Tri Pointe Homes is responsible for generating and responding to online leads and inquiries to schedule appointments and drive sales. This role emphasizes proactive engagement with potential customers and realtors, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records in the SalesForce CRM. The position requires a strong understanding of the homebuilding and residential real estate industry, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • High School Degree or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales and/or Marketing preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in new home sales or resale.
  • Real estate license, if required by state law.
  • Current working knowledge of homebuilding and the residential real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with JD Edwards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Generates and responds to online leads and inquiries to schedule appointments and achieve sales.
  • Proactively connects with potential prospects and Realtor inquiries to drive traffic to communities.
  • Answers general phone and web inquiries, ensuring timely responses to all leads.
  • Reaches out to active prospects to set appointments with field New Home Advisors.
  • Sets and confirms appointments for community sales office visits, providing necessary follow-up.
  • Maintains and updates prospect information in SalesForce CRM until transferred to a community New Home Advisor.
  • Generates workflow letters by the community in SalesForce CRM.
  • Tracks online conversion ratios and reports information to management.
  • Collects and responds to realtors and public event RSVPs.
  • Relays important information to management and community New Home Advisors for specific events.
  • Maintains current knowledge of available products, inventory, and events.
  • Visits all communities monthly to stay updated on community specifics.
  • Attends and participates in sales meetings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
