About the position

DAEHO is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers and Bussers to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a strong understanding of the food industry. This role is crucial in ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering exceptional service and assisting with their needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Assist guests with any questions or concerns regarding menu items, dietary restrictions, or special requests.
• Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and addressing any additional needs throughout the meal.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and timely service during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Adhere to all food handling safety regulations and restaurant policies to ensure a safe dining environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to help guests feel welcome and valued.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations within the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills is essential for success in this role.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
