Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Valid LPN license to practice in New York.
  • Current CPR (BLS or ALS) certification.
  • Compliance with all State and Federal mandates for employment in a Nursing Facility.
  • Proficient in patient assessment with demonstrated clinical proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
