Style Crest has been an innovative distributor and manufacturer of quality products for the manufactured housing industry for over 50 years. Our products include heating and cooling units, entry steps, foundation covers, doors and windows, and a wide assortment of plumbing and electrical parts designed to accommodate the unique needs of manufactured homes. We are looking for a motivated sales person who lives in the Albuquerque New Mexico area to join our sales team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will sell multiple product lines to a variety of manufactured housing customers including retailers, distributors, and contractors. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and converting prospects to new customers while establishing positive relationships with our current customer base to maintain and grow the business. Regular calls and visits to customers and prospects will be essential to generate sales growth and develop strong customer relationships. You will also be tasked with developing a strategic plan for growing the territory and forecasting sales by customer and product category, with the goal of meeting or exceeding these targets. Educating prospects and customers on the value-added features and benefits of our products, as well as our commitment to customer service, will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will need to communicate timely with sales management regarding opportunities, successes, and concerns within the territory, making recommendations and adjustments to overcome any barriers. Acting as the liaison between the customer and Style Crest, you will follow up and respond promptly to customer requests to ensure we provide excellent customer service. Additionally, you will represent Style Crest in a professional manner at trade shows and conventions.
