The New/Pre-owned Sales and Leasing Professional position at Fort Collins Nissan offers an opportunity for individuals who are outgoing and passionate about sales. This role allows you to control your own paycheck through performance-based earnings, with a focus on customer interaction and problem-solving. The dealership is looking for self-starters who are eager to learn about the Nissan brand and provide excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Be a self-starter and willing to listen and learn.
  • Come in every day with a smile and great attitude, ready to seize opportunities.
  • Learn everything about the Nissan brand and become an expert on the product.
  • Treat all customers with respect and care.
  • Manage internet inquiries and convert leads into appointments.
  • Make 40-60 outbound calls, emails, and texts daily to generate appointments.
  • Handle inbound sales phone calls and convert them into appointments.
  • Embrace training on the steps to a sale and trust the process to maximize customer sales.
  • Follow up with sold customers to ensure satisfaction and gather perfect score surveys.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to training on sales processes.
