Responsibilities
- Be a self-starter and willing to listen and learn.
- Come in every day with a smile and great attitude, ready to seize opportunities.
- Learn everything about the Nissan brand and become an expert on the product.
- Treat all customers with respect and care.
- Manage internet inquiries and convert leads into appointments.
- Make 40-60 outbound calls, emails, and texts daily to generate appointments.
- Handle inbound sales phone calls and convert them into appointments.
- Embrace training on the steps to a sale and trust the process to maximize customer sales.
- Follow up with sold customers to ensure satisfaction and gather perfect score surveys.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to training on sales processes.
