We are currently recruiting for a Product Development Expert for a global leader within the polymer, coatings, and chemicals sectors for their site based in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this exciting new position as Product Development Expert, you will be responsible for driving innovation and product development for a new coatings technology, as well as providing expert technical support to customers and other areas of the organization. As a Product Development Expert, you will play a leading role in the Innovation Leadership team, leading the development of all new products within the team, and ensuring ever-changing regulatory standards are maintained within the team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our product offerings and ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the industry. To be considered for this Product Development Expert position, you will be a strong Chemist/Polymer Chemist, ideally PhD qualified in Chemistry/Polymer Chemistry - although we would consider those with an MSc if you possess significant relevant industrial experience. You will also have 8+ years of experience within polymer chemistry, coatings formulation, and coatings technology, including a proven track record of delivering new products to market.
