About the position
Oasis Pavilion Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking new RN graduates to join their dedicated nursing team. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient health status and progress.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Assist in the training and orientation of new staff as needed.
Requirements
- Valid RN License in Arizona
- Current CPR Certification
- Basic computer experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Nice-to-haves
- Previous long-term care experience
- Willingness to wear PPE
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
