About the position

Subaru North Orlando is looking for enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join their team. The role focuses on assisting prospective buyers in making informed purchasing decisions by understanding their needs and matching them with suitable vehicles. Sales Consultants will leverage their communication skills and product knowledge to convert showroom visitors into customers, ultimately driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car.
• Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing potential customers with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
• Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
• Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
• Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them utilizing our CRM software.
• Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
• Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.
• Assisting with the setup of showroom and promotional displays.
• Performing other duties assigned by the department manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education or coursework desired.
• Self-motivated with the ability to hold oneself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
• Professional appearance and confident phone voice/skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid Driver's License.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual communication skills are a bonus.
