About the position

Lewisville Autoplex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced New/Used Car Salesperson to join their team. This role involves selling both new and used cars, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients by providing accurate and up-to-date information on all available vehicles.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting and selling to potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve departmental goals.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
• Provide clients with test drives and assist them in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
• Negotiate sales prices, including trade-in values, with customers.
• Complete all necessary paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• Attend all required training and meetings to stay updated on new products and sales techniques.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and future business.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Proven track record in a sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using technology, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
