Responsibilities
- Organize Climate Defiance actions and events in New York.
- Focus on engaging with financial institutions.
- Recruit and turn out volunteers for actions.
- Manage and mentor volunteer leaders across the country.
- Lead systematic conflict resolution efforts.
- Participate in and lead direct actions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of organizing or campaigning experience (flexible for the right candidate).
- Experience in recruiting and turning out volunteers.
- Experience managing teams of volunteers (staff management experience is a plus).
- Experience in leading systematic conflict resolution.
- Active participation in direct actions.
