About the position

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on API integration during client onboarding.
• Analyze client requirements to design customized solutions that integrate with existing systems.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and resolving technical issues.
• Document Use Cases and funds flows while identifying gaps in product requirements.
• Participate in sales calls to provide technical solutions consulting focused on API and Payments products.
• Collect feedback from clients to identify potential product enhancements and influence product evolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a sales engineering role or related function within Fintech, Payments, or Banking working with API integrations.
• In-depth knowledge of payments systems, banking technology, and API integrations.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with relevant compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR).
• Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.
• Certifications related to payments, fintech, or API technologies.
