About the position

The Newsletter and Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing the production and distribution of newsletters while overseeing various operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning within the organization. This role requires a blend of communication, organizational, and administrative skills to effectively coordinate projects and support the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production and distribution of newsletters.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather content for newsletters.
• Ensure timely delivery of newsletters to subscribers.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes.
• Maintain and update mailing lists and subscriber databases.
• Monitor and report on newsletter performance metrics.
• Support the planning and execution of events related to newsletter campaigns.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in newsletter production or content management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
