About the position

The Nexthink Digital Employee Experience Management Engineer or Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Nexthink's digital employee experience (DEX) platform. This role is crucial for optimizing the digital experience of employees by providing solutions that monitor, analyze, and enhance their interactions with technology. The position involves collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with security standards, and continuously improving the platform to meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and architect end-to-end Nexthink solutions to optimize the digital employee experience.
  • Develop a scalable and secure architecture for Nexthink platform deployments, ensuring it meets enterprise-grade standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as IT, HR, and operations teams, to align the Nexthink platform with business objectives.
  • Lead the development of high-level and detailed architecture designs for monitoring, analyzing, and enhancing the employee experience.
  • Lead the deployment, configuration, and customization of the Nexthink platform to meet organizational needs.
  • Work with project teams to implement dashboards, reports, and custom integrations that deliver actionable insights on employee digital experiences.
  • Ensure the platform is integrated with other business systems (e.g., ITSM, HR systems) to provide a holistic view of employee experience.
  • Act as a technical advisor to both business and technical stakeholders, explaining the capabilities of Nexthink and how it can improve productivity, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for using the Nexthink platform to improve digital employee experience, leveraging both industry knowledge and technical expertise.
  • Develop methods for capturing and analyzing user experience data, including system performance, employee engagement, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports to monitor the digital health of the organization’s infrastructure.
  • Translate technical metrics into business insights that can help senior management make informed decisions about IT and digital transformation strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in digital experience management and incorporate these innovations into Nexthink platform strategies.
  • Continuously assess and improve the performance of the Nexthink solution to ensure it adapts to evolving business and employee needs.
  • Implement automated processes to monitor and alert for any user experience issues, enabling proactive troubleshooting.
  • Ensure that the Nexthink platform architecture complies with organizational security policies and industry standards.
  • Work with security teams to ensure that data protection and privacy standards are upheld within the Nexthink solution.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of training sessions and materials for internal teams to optimize their use of the Nexthink platform.
  • Provide ongoing support and expertise to teams responsible for maintaining and expanding Nexthink solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT architecture, with specific experience in Digital Experience or Employee Experience platforms.
  • Experience with Azure and Microsoft O365.
  • Extensive experience with Nexthink, including solution design, deployment, and administration.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM), network infrastructure, and application performance monitoring.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise-grade integrations.
  • Proficient in scripting and automation to enhance and extend platform capabilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with enterprise security practices and compliance standards (GDPR, SOC2, ISO 27001, etc.).

Nice-to-haves

  • Nexthink certification is a plus.
  • Experience with other Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) tools like Dynatrace, Aternity, or Lakeside Software.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
