About the position

The Senior Product Analyst role at EY focuses on driving technology transformation projects within the Products and Platforms practice. This position is responsible for delivering innovative products and solutions, managing project timelines, costs, and quality, and leading both technical and non-technical teams. Responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of processes, solutions, and projects.
• Support product backlog activities by defining product roadmaps and managing the product backlog.
• Assist with product testing by developing test plans and analyzing test results.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist with product launch activities, including creating marketing materials and supporting go-to-market strategies.
• Track and monitor product performance metrics and create reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain product documentation and knowledge base.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or similar fields of study.
• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager or similar role in tech or consulting companies.
• Proficiency in Agile Delivery and Development.
• Skill in Business Problem Analysis and Assessment.
• Strong Communication and Collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of Customers' Market and Macro-Level Solution Design.
• Experience in Product Lifecycle Management and Strategic Product Planning and Roadmap.
• Familiarity with Technology Business Architecture Frameworks and User Research.
• Proficiency in assessing User Stories.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
