About the position

The Senior Product Analyst role at EY is a pivotal position within the Products and Platforms practice, focusing on technology and product management. Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the delivery of processes, solutions, and projects by applying judgment and selecting appropriate methodologies.
  • Accountable for meeting team targets and coordinating the work of junior colleagues.
  • Engage with external clients regularly and actively participate in client working sessions.
  • Support product backlog activities by defining product roadmaps and managing the product backlog.
  • Assist with product testing by developing test plans and analyzing test results.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product iterations.
  • Assist with product launch activities by creating marketing materials and supporting go-to-market strategies.
  • Track and monitor product performance metrics and create reports for stakeholders.
  • Maintain product documentation and knowledge base.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or similar fields of study.
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager or similar role in tech or consulting companies.
  • Proficiency in Agile Delivery and Development.
  • Skill in Business Problem Analysis and Assessment.
  • Strong Communication and Collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of Customers' Market and Macro-Level Solution Design.
  • Experience in Product Lifecycle Management and Strategic Product Planning and Roadmap.
  • Familiarity with Technology Business Architecture Frameworks and User Research.
  • Proficiency in assessing User Stories.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility in learning.
