About the position

The Nexus Product Analyst position at EY is a staff role within the Products and Platforms practice, focusing on Business Product Ownership. Responsibilities

  • Delivering agreed activities and presenting information to inform recommendations.
  • Defining and executing deliverables, primarily billable to external clients.
  • Participating actively in client working sessions on a daily basis.
  • Spending approximately 80% of time on delivery, with regular travel as needed by external clients.
  • Applying discretion and judgment to solve problems of moderate to diverse scope, where analysis of data is required.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree, with the option for the recruiter to add a required major if needed.
  • 0 - 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Technical skills in Agile delivery and development.
  • Expertise in business problem analysis and assessment.
  • Knowledge of customers' market and macro-level solution design.
  • Experience in user research and user stories assessment.
  • Building and managing relationships, driving outcomes, and learning agility.
  • Gathering and analyzing user feedback to improve and inform product iterations.
  • Assisting with product build/launch/support activities by creating materials.
  • Tracking and monitoring product performance metrics and creating reports for stakeholders.
  • Maintaining product documentation and knowledge base.
