About the position

The Nexus Product Manager for Wealth & Asset Management at EY is a managerial role focused on leading transformative technology projects within the Products and Platforms practice. This position emphasizes the delivery of innovative products and solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while managing project timelines, costs, and quality outcomes. The role involves collaboration with technical and cross-functional teams to drive scalable business solutions and generate sustainable revenue streams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are directly billable to external clients, contributing to revenue generation.
• Provide leadership across all phases of workstream execution.
• Oversee deliverable completion and overall project progress vigilantly.
• Engage in daily client sessions, leading specific workstreams and identifying service opportunities.
• Manage budget and resource allocation effectively.
• Set the long-term vision and product-line-level strategy & roadmap, evolving with regular input from EY and EY Nexus leadership.
• Conduct market research, stay updated on industry trends, and meet with internal stakeholders to identify business objectives.
• Work with EY Nexus Product Managers and UX Designers to define and track OKRs for all products within the product line.
• Drive accountability of the Product Managers to deliver on Program Increment goals and commitments.
• Facilitate demos and reviews with stakeholders to receive input on products within the product line.
• Review new product submissions and help shape and size to understand alignment to overall strategy.
• Act as a subject matter expert during the pursuit lifecycle and provide inputs to EY Nexus Pre-sales and pursuit teams.
• Solicit inputs from the pre-sales team, engagement delivery teams, and clients to understand client feedback/input for improvement.
