About the position

The NHIIS Onboarding Specialist is responsible for facilitating the onboarding process for the New Hampshire Immunization Information System (NHIIS). This role involves working closely with healthcare providers to ensure they are effectively integrated into the system, providing training and support, and ensuring compliance with state health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the onboarding process for healthcare providers into the NHIIS.
• Provide training and support to users of the NHIIS.
• Ensure compliance with state health regulations regarding immunization data.
• Collaborate with public health officials to improve system usage and data accuracy.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the NHIIS.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in training or onboarding processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of public health principles and practices.
