The Night Audit/Front Desk Agent position at Days Inn involves providing excellent customer service during overnight shifts. Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and make reservations.
  • Accommodate guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
  • Set up breakfast and perform laundry duties.
  • Clean public and work areas during downtime.
  • Stay awake and alert during overnight shifts.
  • Follow attendance policy and maintain reliability.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts and stay awake all night.
  • Experience with computers and multi-line phones.
  • Ability to lift at least 30 lbs and perform physical activities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and time management abilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous hotel experience (1 year preferred).
  • Customer service experience (1 year preferred).
