Responsibilities

• Checking guests in and out of the hotel using the hotel property management system
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Promote the Shilo Star Rewards loyalty program
• Address guest's special requests and transactions in an efficient and timely manner
• Handle multi-phone line systems while demonstrating proper telephone etiquette
• Communicate with all departments and ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled
• Recite the Shilo Pledge
• Promote hotel services and amenities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in phone etiquette
