Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while adhering to hospitality standards.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Provide concierge services by recommending local attractions, dining options, and activities to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred; experience in hotel management is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with hospitality management software is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
