About the position

As a Night Auditor at Hilton Concord Hotel, you will be responsible for maintaining the professional financial standards of the hotel by managing end-of-day reports, ensuring accuracy, and reporting any anomalies. This role requires a strong focus on guest service and collaboration with team members to uphold high standards of service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the maintenance of professional financial standards throughout the hotel
  • Undertake a review of end-of-day takings against logged reports
  • Edit all reports to ensure accuracy and full completion
  • Investigate any anomalies found between daily reports and takings
  • Assist with all emergency situations
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of previous employment in a related position
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Computer literate, with particularly strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • Understanding of the responsibilities of other areas within the Finance Department
  • Excellent grooming standards

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience of working in a hotel Finance Department
  • Previous experience working in Front Office or hotel outlets
  • A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task
