Responsibilities
- Welcome guests during the overnight shift, assisting with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.
- Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing.
- Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
- Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
- Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
