About the position

At Drury Hotels, we believe in creating a workplace where you belong. This position involves performing all front desk related functions, including checking guests in and out, promoting sales programs, maintaining guest records, and handling cash. You will be responsible for auditing the previous day's receipts, running reports, and ensuring the accuracy of information. Additionally, you may assist with breakfast setup, which includes food preparation, service, and cleaning. As the only team member on property for most of your shift, you must be willing and able to work independently while ensuring guest safety and security during overnight hours. Your role is crucial in providing an exceptional guest experience through courteous and efficient service, responding promptly to inquiries, and maintaining a positive work environment for our diverse team and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out at the front desk.
  • Promote sales-related programs.
  • Maintain guest records and handle cash transactions.
  • Audit previous day's receipts and verify accuracy of entries.
  • Run reports and ensure information accuracy.
  • Assist with breakfast setup, including food preparation and cleaning.

Requirements

  • Ability to take written and verbal direction in English.
