The Night Auditor at Holiday Inn Express West Valley is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during overnight hours. Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs of guests.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
• Utilize phone systems to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Provide assistance with billing inquiries and process payments as needed.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property during overnight hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality is preferred.
