The Night Auditor at Aimbridge Hospitality plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless hotel experience for guests during the overnight shift. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM) and assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.
- Prepare and finalize Night Audit work ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing.
- Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
- Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
- Proficient in Windows spreadsheets and word processing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
- Friendly, service-oriented with excellent communication and detail-oriented.
