About the position
As a Night Crew Foreman at King Soopers, you will play a crucial role in creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain a safe, clean, and fresh environment that encourages our customers to return. You will help achieve the sales and profit goals established for the department while monitoring and controlling all established quality assurance standards. In the absence of the night department leader, you will direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the department, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day functions of Grocery Operations, you will be expected to demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Operating the register, handling money, processing coupons, and tendering payment will also be part of your duties. Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
