About the position
The Night Crew Stocker plays a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring that merchandise is stocked and organized. This position involves working during the night to provide friendly service, keep the store filled and fresh, and occasionally assist as a cashier. The role requires physical activity and the ability to work in various environments, contributing to a positive shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise on the shelves.
- Maintain a clean and attractive store appearance.
- Provide friendly and courteous service to customers.
- Use approved tools such as box cutters, compactors, forklifts, and pallet jacks during shifts.
- Occasionally assist as a cashier or checker.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and remain on feet for extended periods.
- Attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Willingness to work in different environments, including freezers and refrigerators.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
