About The Position

The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking a Utility Analyst to work at our processing facility in Lowville, NY. Successful candidates must be willing to supply improvement suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. Ideal individuals must be safety and quality orientated along with demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work in a team orientated, fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent experience or general education diploma (GED)
• Available to work all shifts including second, third & weekends and holidays
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred
• Strong Communication Skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide vacation coverage for Quality Department (including Finished Product Analyst, Bacteriologist and Hold & Release)
• Perform allergen inspections
• Manage Purchasing and Sink validation program
• Conduct calibration sampling and cooling studies
• Perform DMC & Antibiotic testing
• Conduct environmental monitoring including Equipment Swabbing and air exposures
• Perform analytical testing including wet chemistry (Fat, moisture, Titratable Acid, pH, Salt) and microbiological monitoring and testing (DMC, Petri-film/Pour plating, environmental)
• Enter and retrieve data using SAP
• Dispose of finished product or raw ingredients
• Handle customer sample requests and product delivery to the lab
• Ship samples and verify thermometers
• Maintain general housekeeping and perform weekly period work
• Ensure equipment and machinery are cleaned and sanitized according to the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program
• Ensure all products manufactured align with the Quality Assurance Program
• Follow the Kraft Heinz Safety Process and adhere to LOTO policy and procedures
