About the position

The Night Store Associate/Stocker position at CW Resources, Inc. is a part-time role focused on maintaining store organization and product availability. The associate will work collaboratively with a diverse team, including individuals with disabilities, to ensure shelves are stocked, products are fresh, and the store environment is clean and safe. This role emphasizes inclusivity and support within the workplace, aligning with the company's mission to provide meaningful employment opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Help keep the store organized and stocked.
  • Sort and move products from delivery trucks to store shelves.
  • Place products on shelves and ensure items are easy to find.
  • Rotate older products to the front and place new items behind them.
  • Check for and remove expired products from shelves.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area following safety guidelines.
  • Familiarize with products to assist customers effectively.
  • Communicate with the Project Manager regarding any issues or needs for assistance.

Requirements

  • No experience needed.
  • Ability to work well with others and be supportive.
  • Attention to detail in noticing when products need to be moved or replaced.
  • Ability to follow safety rules and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
