Night Time Cashier / Customer Services

About the position

South Chicago Dodge Chrysler Jeep is seeking a bilingual nighttime cashier to join our team. This position is essential for providing excellent customer service during evening hours and ensuring smooth cash handling operations. The cashier will be responsible for managing cash transactions, balancing the cash drawer, and providing friendly assistance to customers. The working hours for this role are from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with additional shifts on Saturday, either from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or from 2:00 PM until close, alternating weekly. This role requires a proactive individual who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Handling cash and balancing the cash drawer
• Answering phones
• Providing friendly customer service
• Filing documents
• Maintaining an accurate cash drawer
• Stocking in new/used vehicles
• Performing light computer work
• Demonstrating good multitasking skills

Requirements

• 1 year of cash handling experience (Required)
• 1 year of cashier experience (Required)
• Bilingual (Required)
• Availability for night shift (Required)
