About the position

The Night Time Clean-Up position involves maintaining the cleanliness and security of the wash tunnel after operating hours. Team members are responsible for executing various manual cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers. This role emphasizes adherence to company values and customer satisfaction while participating in training to enhance safety and operational knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Mike's Purpose by delivering a clean, quick carwash with a smile.
• Abide by company values including Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Fun, Accountability, and Profitability.
• Maintain the interior of the property to ensure customer comfort and cleanliness standards.
• Participate in extensive training to keep safety knowledge and skills up to date.
• Ensure the location is secure before leaving each night by checking doors and setting alarms.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and carry out simple instructions in written or oral form.
• Ability to read product manuals, reports, and workplace rules and procedures.
