About the position
The Night Time Clean-Up position involves maintaining the cleanliness and security of the wash tunnel after operating hours. Team members are responsible for executing various manual cleaning tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to safety and operational standards. This role requires participation in training and a commitment to the company's values, including safety, integrity, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Execute the Mike's Purpose by delivering a clean, quick carwash with a smile.
- Abide by company values: Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Fun, Accountability, Profitability.
- Maintain the interior of the property to ensure customer comfort and cleanliness standards.
- Participate in extensive training to keep safety knowledge and skills up to date.
- Ensure the location is secure before leaving each night by checking doors and setting the alarm.
Requirements
- Ability to understand and carry out simple instructions in written or oral form.
- Ability to read product manuals, reports, and workplace rules and procedures.
