The Night Time Custodian position at Servtech involves maintaining cleanliness and order in the facility during night hours. Responsibilities
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
- Strip and refinish floors.
- Operate scrub machines and propane buffers.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Collect and remove cardboard and compact cardboard using a baler.
- Make cardboard bales and store them.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
