About the position

The Nightclub Manager will oversee the operations of a nightclub within the Kearns Restaurant Group, ensuring high standards of service and safety compliance. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment. The manager will be responsible for maximizing profits, maintaining company standards, and providing ongoing training and development for staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work at all levels and set clear goals/objectives.
• Inspect facilities for safety compliance and maintenance needs.
• Communicate with vendors and other service providers as a brand ambassador.
• Coach and develop team members to ensure the best hospitality service.
• Maximize profit and revenue.
• Manage food and beverage inventory knowledge and ordering.
• Operate Point of Sale system (Aloha).
• Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• General understanding of operations of restaurants and nightclubs.
• Ability to operate Point of Sale system (Aloha).
• Computer proficient with the ability to learn other programs.

Nice-to-haves

• Food & beverage inventory knowledge a plus.
• Experience in team development.
