About the position

We are seeking a Specialist II in Global Brand Marketing for Women’s Lifestyle, a role that is integral to our Brand Management team. This position focuses on brand product planning and ordering for various brand initiatives, specifically tailored to the women’s lifestyle segment. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, a strong desire to learn about our product heritage and innovations, and a positive mindset that fosters teamwork and collaboration. In this role, you will work closely with the women’s lifestyle brand management team, engaging in a variety of tasks that include understanding seasonal product priorities, tracking product changes from planning to finalization, and ordering products for seeding and brand photo shoots. You will also attend photoshoots to provide product support and ensure accurate product representation in consumer-facing materials. This position offers a unique opportunity to partner with product team members to ensure product accuracy and to support project and campaign leads, thereby gaining valuable marketing insights and experience. Your typical week will involve attending CODE brand management meetings, participating in seasonal planning for upcoming campaigns, and collaborating with the Product and Merch teams to deepen your understanding of our products. You will report directly to the senior director of women’s lifestyle, working alongside managers and directors on various projects that leverage your product expertise. This role is designed for individuals who are self-starters with an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of managing their work autonomously while building strong relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Learning and understanding the seasonal product priorities based on CODE gates and alignment.
  • Keeping track of product changes between planning phase and finalization phase.
  • Ordering product for seeding purposes on a seasonal basis.
  • Ordering product for brand photo shoots every season.
  • Attending photoshoots for product support and subsequent product return.
  • Partnering with product team (PLMs) for product accuracy in brand consumer-facing work.
  • Supporting project/campaign leads and gaining marketing acumen from project support.
  • Assisting managers and directors on their projects at a brand management level.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Production.
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Autonomous, proactive work management style.
  • Understanding of media and digital platforms.
  • Phenomenal relationship building skills.
  • Outstanding task management across multiple work streams with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of sport styling and culture.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving skills (identification, scenario development, action).
  • Experience and/or passion for the lifestyle/streetwear world.
  • Knowledge of the NYC and/or LA market and consumer approaches.
